It grows underground on the roots of woody plants and their production in the world cannot meet demand, therefore their price is very high. Serbia is an area rich with truffles and has favorable climate and great development opportunities in this area. Therefore, a special place belongs to truffle plantations on farms, small plots where the entire families are able to earn decent income on their own properties.
The lecturer Milan Beader, Doctor of Agricultural Science and director Green Laboratory Investment Fund, with his partner Zarko Jankovic, were answering a detailed series of questions about the conditions for plantations, the production itself, and purchase.
